This award is given based on the responses 87,302 owners and lessees gave between
January and April 2008. These responses were gathered from owners of 2005-07 model
years of this vehicle.

Among the parameters on which these respondents chose their favorite vehicle were
service litigation, service advisor, in-dealership experience, service delivery,
service quality and user friendly service.

This study, called the Customer Service Index (CSI) Study, is considered a yardstick
for customer satisfaction automobile brands give their consumers.

Jaguar feels this is a vindication of their high level of product quality and
